Guest must be 21 years or older to check in. With Government Issued Photo Identification is required to check in
The following ID’s are the only accepted ID form for checking in.
- State Issued Driver’s License or ID Cards
- Government Issued Passport or Passport Card
- Permanent Resident Card.
ID must be physical form (we cannot accept digital ID’s or photo’s of ID’s)
Pet Policy
- 1 Pet allowed per room (Dogs only) with a nightly Pet Fee of $15 plus tax (This is a nightly fee in addition to Room Rental Charges and is NOT A DEPOSIT)
- Pets must be declared upon Check In
- Per Jackson County Code Ordinance 612.09 Pets must be on a leash under their owner’s control while on any public premises of the hotel including the lobby area, interior corridors, and parking lot.
- Pets are not allowed in the office during breakfast hours of 7:00 AM - 9:00 AM.
- Pets are not to be left unattended in hotel rooms
Cancellation and No Show Policiies
- Free cancellation and modifications up to 3:00 PM (Hotel local time) 1 day prior to arrival date. Example (A reservation with a check in date of 01/01/2024 can cancel free of charge as long as the cancellation is made prior to (3:00 PM hotel local time on Dec 31st 2023)
- Cancellations within 24 hours or less of arrival time will incur a cancellation penalty of the first night’s room charges and taxes.
- Failure to show up on the scheduled arrival date will incur a no-show penalty equal to the first night room charges and taxes.
- No Show customers are unable to modify their reservation to be used for a different stay date.
Late Night Arrivals
For customers arriving after midnight on their arrival date:
- When arriving past midnight. The checkout date is still 11 AM as indicated on your reservation confirmation. (For Example, if you have a arrival date of 01/01/24 and you arrive at 1 AM on 01/02/24, your checkout time and date is still 11 AM on 01/02/24)
